Ely's Kawasaki

Would be a cool place if I wasn't being harassed by one of your employees online, it's not very professional and it looks bad on the business. I don't think anyone would recommend harassment and "leave a good review" in the same sentence.

I've bought couple bikes from this owner Darrell! It's been fair, exceptional quality and friendly service and staff All the way!! They recently corrected a bike for me with New parts and quality fix! Even picked it up and dropped it off free of charge!! this Guy will do all he can for you and keep it straight forward, giving you the very best deal for your money! I highly recommend this place for any one wanting a first bike or New bike!!

I went in to have my rear tire changed with little to no notice, had a large nail was barely able to make it (03 GSXR 1000) tire was shot, reasonable price for tire and $80/hr labor (fair). The tire was changed quickly but service manager informed me that none of his staff were allowed to ride it because of excessive chain slap. When the tire was taken off my extended sway arm had to be backed off to allow the wheel to come off this adjusted the amount of chain slack, for the $180 i paid for my tire I would have expected the shop to do basic safety checks and adjust the sway arm back to the position it came in at. Took me 5 min and a 16mm wrench. I'm not mad just a bit disappointed +1 for prompt service/price -3 for not taking the extra 5 min to revert a change they made that impacted sa

Horrible service. Small selection of dirt bike equipment. Went in there and said we were birthday shopping for our daughter. The guy didn't even look our way when its obvious we needed help. A few days prior we went in there to get her helmet sized. We asked if certain helmets would fit and he didn't even check or help us. He simply replied "yes" without knowing for sure. Would not reccomend this establishment.

Ive been to Ely's a couple time and have had to completely different experiences. The first time I bought riding boots for my boy and had no problem. The second time I went in looking for a smaller four wheeler and was met with hardly any help. And when I did manage to get help they we're very short and seemed like they didn't want to help.
