went in for an emissions test today, just showed up they told me where to park my car, 3 people were before me but it wasn’t a long wait, maybe like 10 minutes. gave my keys waited a bit but you can see them doing the test. everything went so smooth, super kind definitely recommend to anybody who’s looking for a test & more.

I had my car breakdown on a road trip, they were able to get me right in and get it fixed! Great service!

Stood at the counter for 30 minutes, no one to greet you. Young man going in and out doing testing and taking money. I had no idea where I was in line or how long a wait. This is not a customer friendly business. Like being in another country. If you go plan to wait and guess when it is your turn. On the plus side once it is your turn you are out in 5 minutes. $20 to the state of CT who continue to rob us for this joke of a program.
