Unacceptable delays and lack of communication This insurance company has handled our claim extremely poorly. Their insured driver caused an accident and hit our vehicle — this is clearly confirmed in the official police report, which names their client as the driver at fault. Despite this, for over two and a half weeks, they have failed to resolve the claim. Our vehicle has been sitting in a body shop the entire time, while the company provides no real progress. Reaching them by phone is extremely difficult, callbacks are rare, and communication is inconsistent. With them years no problem until THEY FORGOT TO UPDATE THE NATIONAL DATABASE, got a ticket, car towed, was out of state. The next month they canceled my insurance. I do not advise going with this company and that a fact. 8/20/24 inresponse to your response. Wouldn't be worth reaching out. Lol. For what exactly. Deed was done. Just want the world to know.

Supposedly my bank rejected their auto payment. I notice a few weeks later that they didn’t charge me I called to see what happened and they had already canceled my policy. Apparently I have been driving for weeks without insurance and if i wanted to reinstate it it was gonna cost me an additional $400…Never received a call or an email to advise me that my payment did not go through or that my policy was going and was canceled. Super Sketchy, don’t get this company for your insurance unreliable, now i’m rushing trying to find another policy because i can’t drive to work.

My husband’s truck was backed into by someone with this insurance over 30 days ago, adjuster said again today “there is a discrepancy on the policy”, no payment, no concern that our truck has over $5,000 in damages! Each time my husband talked to him on speaker phone and in mailed letters we received the adjuster wanted us to file on our insurance to expedite the repairs!! Last week we filed a complaint with the Iowa Commissioner of Insurance who is going to forward it on to Florida or Georgia-where ever the heck they are from. Knowing what we know now, I highly recommend filing a complaint with your commissioner the day after you receive their first letter in the mail! We feel empathy for anyone who has to deal with such a shady company!

My parked vehicle was hit by a person who has this insurance provider. It's been two months going on three before a preliminary estimate check was issued to have my vehicle evaluated by a auto shop and to start the repair for my damages only to have the check bounce once I finally received it. Due to the check bouncing I have yet to be able to have my car evaluated or repaired by the auto shop. The representatives for this company don't answer the phone and emailing takes a long time for a response as well. I will be speaking to my lawyer and making a complaint with the better business bureau. It was very unprofessional for them to issue a bad check.
