I brought my truck in to get new tires and an alignment done. Later, I got a call saying they had broken my steering column and needed to keep it longer to “fix” it. When I picked it up, my steering column and dashboard were damaged, and they had drilled screws into my dash trying to repair it. When I complained to the manager, they said they’d make it right, so I gave them another chance. After picking it up the second time, it was even worse — my whole dashboard fell down while driving, held up only by the radio, and screws were missing everywhere. They never actually repaired the holes they caused in my dash. My truck was in perfect condition before, recently re-carpeted and always well cared for. Marco was very informative and communicated very well, sent pictures of the progress of work being done to my truck. I work out of town and work 6 days a week. So my time is limited. Marco picked up my truck to get work done and dropped it off when it was complete. These are my go to guys from now on. Thanks for adding the leveling kit and new tires and wheels.
