If I could put zero stars I would have. I went for car inspection in August told me what I needed fixed and a rejection sticker. I attempted to get it fixed there several times but the guy kept telling me come back in a week we are busy. I finally take it to my mechanic who fixed ALL the problems on his list. I take it back for inspection but he tells me I should of got it done there my mechanic didn’t do everything right but if I wanted to leave my car there for the day for $500 he’ll insure I get a sticker. Now is when I lose my temper leave and go to another inspection place get a sticker no problem but I had to repay the $35 but well worth it and lesson learned never go to Emerald for anything again ever!!!

I’ve been bringing my car to this small business for inspections and repairs for the past 3 years because I wanted to support local. Whenever they told me something was wrong, I trusted them and gave them the business. Recently, I went in for an oil change instead of going to a chain. When I got my car back, I noticed the oil change sticker said AutoZone. After calling AutoZone, I confirmed an oil change for my car is $32 — but this shop charged me $95. Unfortunately, this feels dishonest and disappointing after years of loyalty. I will not be returning.

We drove over an hour and a half to look at a vehicle at Emerald. The sales representative told us it had a clean title, had only been on the lot or posted online for 24 hours, and wouldn’t budge on pricing even though the vehicle had its issues. Let’s just say he wasn’t forthcoming about the vehicle or how long it had been on the lot. I suggest looking elsewhere you won’t get the true story from Emerald.

Went in for brakes, it was running fine. Got it back TWICE with the engine skipping, barely running and my car reeked of cigarettes. Brought it for another opinion. Intake hoses disconnected lying on top of the transmission and the wrong hose was attached to the turbo. He wasnt even supposed to be in the engine. I had to junk it and buy a whole new car. Cost me a lot of money. Beware

Tomorrow I will be purchasing a Toyota Corolla & I'm getting it for a very price. The owner is very nice. I also have, had him inspect numerous cars I've had! Great place to buy & repair your car! Ty Tara
