We have 4 children and were in need of a new van, we tried many different car lots, and was starting to get discouraged they were all rude and pushy, we already had financing and all they did was try and push their financing on us. We were headed to Mt Vernon to start looking when Gabe from Emerald messaged us back, saying the van we wanted was still available. We turned around drove back to Blaine ( our home town) and went there that evening. We met with Andrew, who was awesome. There was no pushing no hurrying us.
