I cannot express how pleased we are with this facility. My Mom has been a resident here since it opened. She was quite independent initially but over time has required more care. The staff are efficient, pleasant and extremely caring. There has been turnover of staff over the years as in many businesses but all new employees have been well trained and fit in quite well. From the moment I walk in the front door I am greeted by caring staff including the cleaners, nursing staff, PSW’s and dietary staff. Thanks Emerald for letting me relax when I am not there knowing that my Mom is receiving the best care possible.

This place is a joke all they care about is money nothing else .. they don't care about the elderly what so ever cause I watch how they abuse them by grabbing them n pulling them cause yesterday my papa came to see me n he's telling the guy to keep his hands off him they don't know how to keep there hands to there selfs I'm calling someone higher wait n see.. most of all I have crown of attorney over my grandpa n I'm bringing him home cause this is the worst place in the world no joke .. ppl bring there parents here for you take care of them not abuse them n treat them like they are garbage .. the food is so gross that i watch no one eat it cause it's worse than hospital food .. the homeless shelter feeds you better than this place..
