Today, I had the privilege of meeting Robert and Angela Maclin from Emergency Response LLC. Although their base is in Williams, AZ, they were somewhat nearby. I had previously read their reviews and was quite impressed. Since they had traveled to Phoenix to deliver a load, Robert, a highly skilled mechanic, kindly offered his assistance. Robert exemplifies the true meaning of a Jack of All Trades, and along with his wife, they diligently worked until all the issues with my RV were fully resolved. Their work was carried out with great efficiency and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of repairs, heavy equipment hauling, or semi-mechanic services. Blew a leaf spring on my 5th wheel RV in a really bad spot on I17 S. They picked up the phone after hours and got someone out there and got me out of danger for the night and showed up in the morning with parts. The mobile tech, Andrew was great, knowledgeable and professional he did really nice work. Got me back running and I was able to finish my trip without further incident.
It was great, fast and easy to work. Did for us cooling system.
They r not on time at 11 am we had call them they told they will be there in 3-4 hr now it’s 7pm, they r kidding. They are not able for one star.
Our troubles began when we started to lose power and a whole Lotta smoke coming down the 40 towards Flagstaff,Az. We pulled over maybe 8 miles out of town and started calling around. Another repair place recommended Robert at Emergency Response. We contacted him and he said he would be there in aprox 1.5 hrs. He arrived in aprox 2 hrs and started to diagnose the problem. It was possibly an injector but further diagnostics would be needed. He suggested to stay at Black Barts Rv park where he could work on our motorhome. He helped us limp off the highway and into the rv park. Further diagnostics led us to an engine head replacement, fuel pump, cam gear and 6 injectors. His expertise, knowledge and work ethic was outstanding. We could watch and ask questions. We have a warranty and he worked
