Gary charged my new King shocks with nitrogen and was very friendly. He had a ton of knowledge about offroading and we chatted for a good while. He even stayed past closing so I could come in.

Great website. Looks like a great product. Talked to him for a custom application for making triple clamps for an '82 XL500R. Website says these start at $400, he quoted me $700. Ok fine, and sent Gary my rear shock to rebuild as well. In the end, he wanted $1000 to do the triple clamps, which I balked on but said he could still rebuild the shock. He just sent it all back (I'd already paid shipping). All this ate up 2-3 months off my build, for nothing. If you want Gary to fab something for you, you'd better get a notarized LOI from him or something. I've never seen anything like this, from any kind of business, ever..

If I could give a zero, I would. Gary initially charged me for a custom stem. It didn't fit. When I sent it back he quoted me $50 to fix. He then changed his mind to charge me $150. When I disagreed, he hung up on me. I recommend taking your money elsewhere.

My fork clamps didn’t fit correctly. He had me tear them back apart and send them back to him at my expense. He sent them back to me without fixing them and without replying my emails or phone calls. Horrible workmanship and no integrity. I’m left with a set of expensive clamps that don’t fit correct...

the product can be good, but the service and the rest is a horrible. THey don't answer to emails and there is no other comunication channel. sorry. update your attitude.
