Emilio's Hand Car Wash

I had my car detailed for the first time, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. Honestly, I’ve done a much better job myself. I wanted to relax on my day off, but instead I ended up redoing the work I had just paid for. This is a brand-new SUV with a light interior, and I expected better attention to detail. Instead, I found stains I had to clean myself, hair stuck in the seats, and grease spots on my mats that are a pain to remove. On top of that, they applied the wrong product on my matte black interior, which is not acceptable. To make matters worse, I had sandals placed on the floor to keep my seats clean, yet they were carelessly placed on my light-colored seats. And they didn’t even vacuum the back of the car. Emilio’s Carwash broke the interior hangers in my vehicle while detailing the inside. These hangers are very expensive to replace, and despite several attempts to resolve the issue, I’ve only been given the runaround with no accountability. I’m posting this to warn others and to request that the business take responsibility for the damage they caused.

I really did try to give this place a chance but after several months of use, I can absolutely say this is the most overpriced yet careless wash. Firstly, I’m very particular on what type of washes my car gets so I do not go through the machines, even the touchless ones because they do cause swirls so I always go with hand wash especially for a higher trim vehicle that I have. I regularly went to a particular person who was very thorough but I needed something a little more convenient or ready on the go. At first it seemed Emilio’s was convenient but it has gotten so busy that you’re waiting SEVERAL HOURS for your car only to be actually cleaned on surface. Believe the reviews. Awful customer service. The leather on my door is pulled off and they said it came like that when it was completely intact when I got there. They lie and then make it a hassle to get the problem solved. Basically becomes your word vs theirs which is fine if the employee and business have integrity.
