my car had electrical failure while driving through columbus on a big road trip. a local recommended the shop and i found adam to be efficient, thorough, and fair. good guy - would recommend.

They took a wheel off a truck to inspect it and did not put it back on right so my friend ended up having to fix it back himself. If he didn’t fix it himself his tire would have flown off and he would have crashed! He took the same truck in to get it fixed by them and it broke down the next day with the same problem.

While traveling from Canada a hub bearing seized so we had vehicle towed to Emmett's because they were the only place nearby. They replaced the bearing and sold us the wrong sized tires for the vehicle. Told us the ABS warning light would go away after driving for a bit but told us that the vehicle was good to go. After driving a few hundred more miles the rear tires were completely bald. Took it to a Mechanic in Montana and they said, "The bearing was replaced backwards so that's why your ABS isn't working. Your rear alignment is off by 2 degrees which is why your tires are destroyed. Also, it looks like they ripped your CV boot while replacing the bearing. We were just past Columbus, MT when the serpentine belt stripped. Will had the part and got the new belt installed in 15 minutes. Many many thanks to Emmett’s for saving the day!

Very honest and professional. They were about to close and was able to stay later than normal to look at my vehicle. Very nice people
