Emperia Auto

I recently bought a car from Kyle at Emperia Auto, and it was easily one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. I’m usually pretty skeptical of dealerships because, at the end of the day, most just want to make the sale. Kyle was completely different. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process. At one point I ran into a snag while trying to finalize the purchase, and instead of selling the car to someone else, Kyle chose to wait for me to work things out. I hadn’t even put down a deposit, so he had absolutely no obligation to hold the car. That level of integrity is rare in this industry. If you’re looking for a dealer who actually values his customers and does business the right way, Kyle at Emperia Auto is the person to see. I genuinely

11/10. Kyle is such a nice and genuine guy and also a BMW enthusiast as well, which makes the whole process just that much better! He held the car for me no problem, and met me there when I was ready to come pick it up. He even helped me flash my tune onto the car! Will be buying my next BMW from Kyle for sure. Thanks again!

Honest, trustworthy, awesome people here. Despite having a pretty rare spec car, Kyle resisted other offers and held my reserve while I figured things out with insurance money from my previous car. Not to mention, great taste when choosing their selection. Really appreciate him for making the process smooth and easy to get me in a car that checked all my boxes.

Kyle has quality vehicles at a fair price. Kyle got us financing cheaper than I could get at my own credit union. Thanks so much for all your help

Super nice guy, great to work with got me a sweet deal on a 2018 340, took a little while for the deal to get done because of the holidays. But nonetheless amazing outcome. Recommending anyone that wants a bmw to him
