There are no words to describe the gratitude we feel for this amazing local business! My significant other and I are so appreciative of the excellent job you guys did on fixing our truck tire after we had a flat due to a big screw in the middle of the tread. We feel so lucky to have experienced such kindness and I hope this business continues to thrive! Thank you so much from the bottom of our nomadic hearts!

On the way to Patagonia Lake to camp for a few days and stopped in Sonoita at the Post office where I smelled a burning plastic smell coming from the engine. Called up Empire and they squeezed me in. Steve diagnosed the problem but I had to return the next day when the part arrived. They had me on the road in 30 minutes...Awesome service and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Fantastic shop! Steve is a great mechanic, he and Kathy were able to get me some new parts ordered and installed within a day of my 4runner breaking down outside of sonoita. Would recommend to anyone!

Got a flat while off-roading near Greaterville. Called to confirm they were open. Receptionist informed us we had a couple of people ahead of us, which was greatly appreciated. The owner, Steve, took the time to show us what he was doing and how our tire was not repairable. The puncture was almost the size of his repair patch. Steve helped us put on our spare tire and was adamant on not accepting payment since “you guys had to wait on me”. We left a tip and quickly escaped. We really appreciate how honest and humble Steve is. Wish he was in Tucson; we’d definitely be returning customers! One of the customers in front of us, was charged more than what Steve and him agreed upon. Steve made sure the customer got a refund for the difference.

A first class experience, got my '92 Jeep running smooth at a very reasonable price. Excellent communication. Sonoita is so lucky to have this 5 star service
