I have never dealt with such hard working, honest, reliable, and professional people when it comes to cars until I had to fix my car here. They took my car right away when I hit a deer, ordered its parts and kept me updated. Accident took place on the 8th and car was ready on the 26th of the same month. This is what I call clockwork, these people don’t play, they’re on point. Car looks cleaner than when I gave it to them. They never ignored my phone calls and were always responsive and respectful even though I was kind of annoying because of my frequent phone calls, lol. And their work is flawless, I’ll leave photos of before and after, you should see for yourself.

I had an overall great experience with Empire Collision. Their customer service is excellent, and they are very knowledgeable when it comes to handling insurance claims. They guided me through the entire process and helped me figure everything out with no hassle. Recently, my parked car was struck, and about a week later, while driving on the highway, a piece of cement/concrete fell off a truck in front of me and damaged my hood. Empire not only handled the main repair but also took care of the hood damage at a very reasonable price. My car looks amazing like new again. I’ve lived in Middletown for many years and have been to several shops in the area, but Empire Collision is truly the best. Highly recommend!

I’ve had my 2022 Acura mdx repaired by Tony and the guys they came highly recommended by there other shop in new Windsor so I figured I would try them again I was very pleased with the work done by them.

These guys did an amazing job fixing my dad's car. It looks brand new and really fair prices!!!!!
