I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else! I have a GLE 350 Mercedes Benz and have never had better service! Both of the gentleman at the front office are amazing! Straight forward, honest, and professional! Stop wasting money and bring all of your auto needs here! They’re the best, hands down!

I have been having my vehicle serviced at empire since I moved down here in June they worked on my 1978 Trans Am and I've had the patience of a saint explaining things to me and with fair prices and phenomenal customer service I brought it back several times for little things that they tweaked and they are always so kind and so supportive totally professional. I've also brought my mother's Toyota there same thing phenomenal service and I brought my Jeep Cherokee there again great service great work and great prices!

So far absolutely impressed. I just went for a 2nd opinion because the cheap shop I was going to had lied to me about something being broken before, and sure enough they confirmed what was wrong vs what was complete lies. I'm so happy I've found a place that I feel like I can trust to do good, honest work and not try to talk me into any unnecessary work or talk down to me for not knowing every single thing about cars. Their pricing is a bit on the higher end, closer to dealership level than a cheaper crappy shop but it's justified for sound mind & solid work. Happy to go back next time.

Empire in palm bay has been excellent in their expertise, their quickness in getting things done usually much faster than expected. They always give me fair honest prices. They always help me , I've used this location several times over last 2 yrs and the men have been so kind and explain things to me thoroughly...I'm very grateful to this store in particular.
