I can’t recommend Sully highly enough. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. He currently does the work himself, showed up on time, and was extremely detailed in explaining the entire windshield replacement process step by step. I don’t know much about cars, and instead of rushing or talking over me, Sully took the time to explain the ins and outs in a way that actually made sense, including things to watch out for in the future so I don’t get taken advantage of. That alone meant a lot to me. His pricing was very fair compared to other shops I contacted, and the quality of work was excellent. But what really impressed me was how he went above and beyond ; he checked my battery, recharged it, and even ran a full diagnostic on my car. He treated my Passat like it was his own vehicle. Sully! He’s such a genuine person who really puts his heart into his work and strives for perfection. I was there for a little bit of a scrape where a stone got thrown from a vehicle ahead on the highway. The glass needed to be replaced. His assistant wasn’t around, so me and Sully took care of it. It was a truly genuine experience with him, and we had a blast together. What I’m trying to say is that he’s not someone who’s chasing riches overnight. He finds satisfaction in his work and wants to be genuine with his customers, even if it means it might hurt his business. This man, Sully, is a gem in GA. I mean it.

Fantastic experience! Our windshield had cracked due to an improper installation at a body shop months earlier. Not only did Sully repair the windshield, he also spent significant time carefully recalibrating our camera, which the body shop had left in an unsafe condition. He truly went above and beyond, and his attention to detail and care made all the difference. He communicated very well, expectations were clear, and price was reasonable.
