*Update* After discussion plus show and tell with the Owner Shawn they took care of everything. I sent the truck back and Jensen took great care to resolved main issue as well as touch up a few very minor ones. These guys take great pride in their work and I'll be bringing all my vehicles in to them. Old. The technicians here are very good. The facility is nice. All of that doesn't matter at this point when I was lied to by the salesperson / administrator. Just picked up my brand new truck unfortunately on the way home from the dealership I got a rock chip as shown in the photos. I got the front PPF and full ceramic coating. A very expensive service. Empire Auto Spa did a amazing job with Paint Protection Film and preparation. My model S had a lot of paint chips on the hood, road rash on the doors and fenders. They did a beautiful job with the body work to fix all that and make the car look better than new. They also did 5 star job on tinting all the windows and roof. Highly recommend them. They make you feel like you’re family.

Sean (sp?) and his team restored my precious Sterling to her original factory look. Over the 3 years I've had her the front hood sealant proceeded to peel up! She looked like several cats had tapdanced across the top in their bare nails. Yeah I'm being dramatic. Empire Auto Spa got rid of the ugly. I'm so pleased with this restoration. Sean is straight, no chaser. So happy I found them! 😍
