We had a great experience with Empire Autohaus, Inc. We couldn’t find anyone willing to work on our 2004 Saab 9-3 convertible, and they were happy to take it on. The car had an oil leak that needed a valve cover gasket, plus a vibration issue. They diagnosed it, replaced one of the motor mounts, and did a tune-up as well. Everyone was super friendly and easy to work with. They set up a future appointment, let us leave the car, ordered the parts, and had us back on the road the very next day. We’re so relieved to have finally found a shop we can trust for our Saab. We’re very pleased with the service and will definitely be back if we need anything in the future!

I used Empire to service and maintain my Mercedes. They have the BEST customer service in the industry. They called and explained in detail what the car needed as well as the charges. I asked could I have my car back the next morning (dropped it off at 9am for an A service, wiper blades, brake inspection and a tune up), and received a call at 5pm saying it was ready. Their prices are fair as well. I would definitely recommend Empire for all your European car needs.

Wow!!!! I can't begin to say enough good things about this place. We were trying to find a place to work on our old VW Beetle. Someone recommended Empire so we decided to give them a call. From the get go on the phone they were so wonderful and friendly. We dropped the car off and they got our car running better than she has run in a long time. They explained everything that was done and even the packet of information was more professional than anything I have seen in a long time. They shared about future things that could be a problem and gave great advice. Of course, we were worried about the price but they were so fair, honest, and reasonable. I won't take our car anywhere else!! Thank you!!!

Passing through on I65 800 miles from home and a radiator hose on my Stelvio burst. Couldn’t have had a luckier place to break down than a mile from this shop. Very friendly, knowledgeable crew; you can tell they love their craft. They did not try and take advantage of a stranded out of towner but instead went the extra mile and even stayed after hours to get me back on the road and to my destination. Much love!!!

I went in for an overall inspection of my suv after a dealership had given me some “questionable” repairs & issues to address. I needed an honest & RELIABLE 2nd opinion! I got that and MORE! They listened to my concerns & addressed each one & gave me back the peace of mind that vehicle was still safe to drive! There’s not enough words to relay how kind & understanding they were!
