Their rental special prices are great however my experience wasn't the greatest. I was in a rush to get a vehicle so I wouldn't miss work doing my delivery job. Expressed beforehand that I drive back and forth to West Bend for work. First day on the road I immediately noticed rear tire issue noises and the car was steering to the left pretty bad. I called to make them aware the next morning. I was then told it was possible rear shock issues and to return the car but not for a free replacement. I was told the only other vehicle was a SUV and I would have to bring $104 additional dollars to rent it. Horrible business. Once my vehicle was paid off In 2024, I returned to get the title the following year (2025) because they never released the lien off the vehicle and I was trying to sell the car. Starting in 2025 they are required by law to release the vehicles lien electronically. They claim to not be certified to do so and were very unprofessional and acted as if they didn’t want to help me. Specifically MOE, one of the workers at the location. He was rude the way he spoke to me, he kept blaming me instead of trying to work with me to resolve the issue, as the DMV said it is their responsibility and they don’t have to be certified to release the lien electronically. This place is a Scam !!!!! Don't waste your Money or Time .The Milwaukee location is Not Renting Cars . Oscars will charge you and you can't receive a rental . I feel taken advantage of !!!( Location 76th n Lisbon) When I arrived after paying over 400 dollars . I was in shock to find out not only is This place not accessible to oncoming traffic. It's in a construction zone and you can't drive up .Second it's a used car dealership with cars that aren't what's was advertised. Cars are old and damaged.Second when you come the people that are .There are Shocked Oscars still renting cars using their location.This was the worst experience I ever had renting a car . More mileage than advertised. More problems than advertised. Refused to give a refund and make right. Sold me a rusted out truck. The car shop couldn’t even lift the van without pieces falling off. Kept saying they will talk to the boss but no response yet. I will remove this when/ if they make it right.
