Empire Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

On Nov 18th I had my truck towed to the dealership. I was told they would be able to get my truck in on the 20th or 21st. I called on 20th and was told they had me on the schedule for the next day. I heard nothing that day so I stopped to the dealership. I was told by the service manager that they had not looked at it yet but had me on schedule for the 24th . I called again that day and was told they would get me in on the 25th or 26th. Finally on the 26th my truck was looked at and diagnosed. One battery had to be replaced and they were trying to charge 2nd battery and would let me know. I heard nothing more till the 28th that my truck was ready for pick up. Could not be more happy with this dealership. I just drove 3 hours to pick up a new truck and they made the process a breeze. Jerry was very professional and great to work with on the phone well making the deal and there people made the pick up process a snap so I could get back on the road for my 3 hour ride home. Wish they were closer to me so I could give them more business.

After some horrible experiences with mechanics this dealership was a breath of fresh air! I have an old Jeep people hate working on but they didn’t make me feel that way and they honored my warranty without question. During a very long wait, both Jess and Ryan went out of their way to accommodate; offered me a rental vehicle and lunch-neither of which I asked for. How amazing is that?! Especially as a woman I’m so thankful and grateful I have a place I can trust with my vehicle. Denied service because their mechanics can not complete a warranty covered job in the time the book says so they “loose money” as stated by their parts guy.
