I want to recognize Service Advisor Katerina Patsalos for delivering an outstanding service experience. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm, welcoming smile and made the entire process quick and painless. My oil change was handled efficiently, and what really stood out was how she arranged drop-off and pick-up so I didn’t have to sit around the dealership for hours. That level of consideration and professionalism makes a huge difference. From valet in to valet out, the service side was truly a breath of fresh air. Now, on the other hand, the sales/back-office side is a completely different story. They still owe my wife money, and despite being told to contact the GM, Robert Portesy, I left a message and never received a call back. That lack of follow-through and account

They do a pretty good job at Empire Jeep in West Islip. Rob in the service area was very nice and professional and quickly signed me in and got them working on my car. Unfortunately I can't afford to keep paying 290.00 an hour. That and while they do use a Uber service to pick you and drop you off while your car is being serviced which I greatly appreciate it would be much more conventiant if they gave you a loaner car so I can do errands and stuff instead of being trapped home having no vehicle to get around. I understand having to pay for insurance and stuff for having loaner car available is an expense the dealership doesn't want but at 290.00 an hour for labor I think they could give you a loaner

Hey, I went in for an oil change and my car came out with a minor battle scar. Fenix saw it and was very apologetic many times. He took care of it and In a couple of weeks later I had my whip back to me. It was GREAT 😃👍. Empire stricks again and Fenix is the man. What a team. These guys don't disappoint. I'll be back!

Horrible experience with these parts chargers. Went in for a service, The tech claimed to have done an oil change, air filter change etc....but instead he added 6 gallons of oil when the truck takes 3 gallons, left the oriley autoparts oil filter and the aftermarket air filter on the truck but some how I was billed for it all oem. Horrible experience with this place which caused additional issues with my truck due to the excessive oil in the engine. Dont take your car or truck here, youre better off asking someone off the street to do help you than the staff at this dealership.

While visiting family for the holidays. My brand new truck gave me a check engine light, Empire managed to fit me in to their busy service schedule, after diagnosing the issue they ordered the parts for me. Of course they were backordered, Empire expidited the order the best they could and when it arrive they scheduled me for the next day. All is back to normal thank you Empire and Jim Ingrassia for all your hard work, it is much appreciated.
