Empire Dent and Body is an incredible shop! After getting pummeled with hail over memorial day weekend, they were able to repair my vehicle and make it look like nothing ever happened. Throughout the process Gabe was very informative and let me know what was going on throughout. There were a couple of minor scratches as a result of the PDR, but the shop made it right and got them all cleaned up. I cannot express how thrilled I am with the shop, quality of the work, and most importantly the customer service. I would take my vehicle here over any other shop between El Paso and Alamogordo, NM! Seriously, thank you for helping me get through this as painlessly as possible!

We went to Empire due to their BBB rating. They were very reasonable and they did an excellent job. We needed repair work on our vehicle but decided to get an estimate to have the entire vehicle repainted. So glad we had it done. They did excellent repair and painting work and we are extremely happy with the results. We highly recommend them. We worked with Gabriel and he was was excellent and cked with us often.
