Empire Hand Carwash

Today was my first time at the car wash and the service was A+. My car had been very dirty from the snow and they made it look brand new. They even have a nice warm lounge area where you can sit and wait. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Was kinda skeptical of this place because, of not many reviews and lack of information. But after the terrible job Suds Hand Car Wash started doing with my pickup truck over, and over again. I had to start exploring other places and boy am I glad I took a chance with this car wash spot. Genuinely took their time with throughly cleaning my truck and actually knew what they were doing. Lol no offense to Suds hand car wash, as they proceed to make my windows dirtier than before. The icing on the cake was the pricing man.... full service 50 dollars for my truck, in all honesty the type of services they provided should've well exceeded 50 dollars. I had a great experience today getting my car exterior and interior washed at Empire Hand Carwash. They did a great job, as my car was covered in salt, and you could barely see out the back window. The price was very reasonable and they took credit cards. It did take them a while because it was just two or three men doing it by hand, but they’re waiting room was very warm and comfortable like a living room. I was able to sit and do my work. They even provided bottles of water. I will definitely be going back and sending others there as well.

Third time using this business, usually come when my other two places in Mt. Vernon are packed or closed. So 12/31/25 I arrived and was told it would be an hour wait which I was fine with and waited until I could be serviced. Car goes in the bay and they start working on my vehicle, I sit inside and wait for it to be done. I hear my car start up and walk over to it and see it’s finished, I pay and head towards my next destination and after realizing there is still some build up on the windshield I pull over and grab a microfiber cloth to wipe it down and come to notice both my front driver and passenger Weathertech mats have been broken due to them being pushed down incorrectly to snap on to the carpet. One of the best hand car washes out there. They pay attention to detail and you can tell they are experienced. Highly recommended. 10/10
