I can’t say enough good about this place. I’ve been through the wringer with dealerships!!! After months of shopping and researching I bought a used car in great condition, I wanted a post buy inspection to be sure. And planned on putting any fixes into it if needed. I made the mistake of going to a dealership. Being a single woman walking into a mechanic shop can be nerve wrecking… I’ve always had to try and be brave act tough and try not to get taken for a fool… I never got that on edge vibe here at Empire!!! Im very impressed! I was welcomed made to feel comfortable and treated so well! Greg was able to explain everything without making me feel stupid he was actually very re assuring and I felt that he was honest and genuine. I went in for the first time this week with an appointment to have the brake fluid exchanged in my Jaguar. The lobby/waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the staff all seemed to be personable and knowledgeable Euro car enthusiasts. The shop looked clean and well organized. They got me in at the scheduled time and completed the work well and in a timely manner. Pricing was fair and transparent. I've been looking for a local place I can trust with my baby, and so far this is the place.

Everyone at Empire was professional yet friendly and personable. I had an 8:30 am appointment and they allowed me to leave the vehicle the afternoon before, which was such a convenience. Repairs were done in a timely manner and for a fair price for an import vehicle. I would encourage anyone with a foreign car to patronize this business.

This place doesn’t know how to work on jaguars I can’t speak for other vehicles but I brought my car in to get work done because I didn’t have the time myself to fix the issue . I knew the issue with my car and I’m a mechanic myself and told the workers here the issue and what the problem was , so after a hour of a diagnostic ASE certified technicians and a place that specializes in European vehicles couldn’t even figure out the issue or even come close to it . I came in with a timing chain issue and was told the issue may be the throttle body and was recommended new spark plugs and was told I have to pay another $200 to actually find the issue with my vehicle . I’m not ASE certified and I knew the problem with my vehicle within 30 minutes of actual diagnosing and using proper equipment. T

This shop was a referral to me from a very close friend who said you can trust them and they do right by you. And I can say now that I 1000% agree. Talking with a few different people at the shop, they always have given me the right answer. Even if it is not what I wanted to hear. It is honest feedback. Photos to show areas of concern. General concern to take care of the issue. I cannot say enough good things about this place. They have done right by me. And as long as I am in the area, I will never trust my vehicle at another place. They are the best!!!! Thank you all
