Empire Lincoln of Huntington Service

I received a call that the service was done and I could pick up the Lincoln. I paid for the service on the phone and had the keys locked in the vehicle so I could pick up late at night. Upon picking up the vehicle I realized the inspection was not done despite me paying for it. I called several days in a row and finally reach the service writer who told me to bring it back in and I would not be charged again. I returned on a Saturday at about 2pm and left after 3pm. Upon returning home I realized the US ARMY Velcro/cloth insignia that was on my dash board was missing. being ti was after 4 at this point they were closed. I returned on Monday morning to ask them to locate it. But they were closed due to a massive snow storm that was still occurring. I left my info with the one and only emplo

I was very pleased with the service that I received at Empire Lincoln of Huntington. The staff at this location was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I would like to give a special shout out to Service Advisor, Robert Ciaccio, who was kind enough to allow me, a walk-in to receive service on my vehicle in a very timely manner after I explained my situation to him. I don't know anything about cars but he worked with me and thanks to the awesome mechanics at this location they were able to solve a problem I had been dealing with for a while.

I had a great experience this weekend at Empire Lincoln of Huntington, thanks to Gustavo Vascocello. Gustavo took excellent care of my car from start to finish — professional, attentive, and very easy to work with. He kept me informed, handled everything efficiently, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and customer service. I highly recommend asking for Gustavo if you’re bringing your car in.

From now on we are always going to Lincoln Hasset Service! Never again to Lincoln Huntington for service. Lincoln Huntington Service doesn't care about you at all. They are in Lala land and the people answering the phone have zero knowledge about cars and common sense even. Lincoln Huntington service department literally tried to keep our car there for who knows how long-- maybe weeks until they realized they would take a long time to get a part for the mirror-- when in the first place I described what was the problem over the phone. We had to remind them like uh, "can we get our car back since you are waiting for the parts and the car is overall fine?".... they're like "oh yeah, we have your car just sitting there... " .... The best FORD Service on Long Island; Great service and awesome staff. Ford Advisor Gus took note of everything I needed to be serviced, gave me paperwork on everything to be serviced. I waited in the huge waiting room, where Gus came in and advised me of the status/updates of my vehicle. This has been the Best Ford Service location I have ever been to. I received my paperwork detailing everything that was completed on my vehicle. Great Service location, I'm definitely going back to this location again. I highly recommend using this FORD Service location.
