Had a truck rental for noon, I show up and see there’s a sign saying they’ll be back at 12:15, not sure why I was able to reserve for noon. We’ll it is now 12:40 and I’m still sitting in the parking lot. There’s a line of people here and only 3 trucks in the lot, I’m not certain how they’ll service all of us. Move in day is such a busy day and this has wasted an hour of my time in 94 degree weather. All I can say is I’m glad I didn’t pay online.
Worst car buying experience ever!! Was told I'd get help with issues to the car. I left there with 2 flat tires, a busted headlight ( which I was told would be ready). No windshield wipers, no oil in the motor, no jack and the same day the car wouldn't start.
Great Cars Haven’t Had Any Issues At All
