I had a great experience with this Shavon at the service department . He were professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly before starting the work and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. My car runs perfectly now, and the pricing was fair. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others!

I had to bring my car in for a check engine light and a couple of recalls. The service manager Rod who assisted me from beginning to the end made sure I was content and happy throughout the process. I was also, believe it or not offered my choice of loaner cars. But you had to leave a $200.00 deposit in case of tickets. Anyway I chose a 2025 Nissan Sentra. It was a good experience.

Beware of this place. I went in to have my leaking roof repaired(clogged drain tubes) plus an oil change and cabin air filter replaced. I was told I had to have a diagnostic in order to have my car serviced, for a non mechanical issue🚩 Billed me for 6 hours of labor when the only worked on car 2 hours. The paperwork they sent me shows the time the work was approved and the time I left. Fares Ali kept me there all day to purposely inflate the bill and overcharged me. To top it all off, they didn't cover back up the air cabin filter because the cover is rolling around in my car. I'll find out when it rains if they even fixed the problem. Deceptive and unethical practices 🚩🚩

I really appreciate ALI for all of his help. If I hadn't called him I would've paid money that I didn't not have to pay so that is always a plus. First time having to come to this dealership for any servicing issues and I'm happy I came thank you guys

If i could give them a lower rate i would. Left my car to get serviced, it took them a month and some change just for them to brake something else within the car, JACK the adviser has zero customer service, miguel the mechanic as well put my car back with zero care. Everything in the hood was loose. I do NOT recommend any car get serviced there. They dont know what theyre doing.
