Never going back. Went for a rear strut installation. Was told it would take 7.5 hours of labor. Tried to say taking out the back seat (4 bolts?) was going to take 2 hours (for both sides smh) and when looking online it said 3.5 hours for a do it yourself mechanic, not a paid mechanic to do all the work. I said so it's really going to take all 7 hours? He said yes I left it there to be worked on. Even told me they might break the sway bar and if they did I would have to pay for a new one. I walked an hour in sub 20 degree weather only to be called and told it was ready 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES FROM WHEN I LEFT IT. Not 7 hours, not even close. .I had to the walk mile and a hlaf back in the cold. Owner claims they ALL worked on it and that's why it was so quick. Didn't bother to lower the wor

The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, showing me my options and offering the best price. They identified the issue causing the noise in the rear, provided a detailed estimate, and did a great job on the alignment and oil change. I saved more than a $100 overall, which was a nice bonus.
