They were the towing company that towed my Jeep when it was totalled. That seemed courteous and helpful when I went yhe next day to get my stuff out if hje vehicle.

Jeremy with Empire Towing and tried several things to get my car running prior to towing it off to the service dealer. I felt he went above and beyond what i expected from my tow truck driver. Since my car had a steering lock column safety failure (determined at the dealership later), we could not turn the steering wheel, nor put the car in drive. Jeremy researched where the Park Release was in the car and we were safely able to pull the car onto the tow truck. Jeremy took a picture of where he dropped the car off at the dealership and texted it to me that evening. Great Service!

Extortion at its finest. Rude female associate tried to extort more money out of me than had been originally agreed.

If I could do zero Stars I would. They were rude. Condescending charge me extra days for storage. Car wasn't even at their lot for 24 hours but I got 3 days of charge. Worst company I've ever worked with will never work with this company again. This place will 100% try to scam you out of anything they can. Absolute worst experience I've ever had with the towing company. They told me it would be $250. They charged me $335. Especially the office people strong smell of weed and other substances.
