Was on our way home with about 70 miles to go. Discovered that we had a power steering fluid leak and that a lot of fluid had already been lost. Found Emporia Quick Lane with a Google search and asked if they could confirm the leak and top off the fluid so we could get home to our own shop. And that is what they did. So friendly and so helpful. Tried to pay and they wouldn’t take any money. About an hour later we had the car at our own shop. Thanks!
When I got here I asked how long it would be. I was told 20 min. 1.5 hours later, they were done. While sitting on the waiting area 2 bugs jumped on me. I hope it's not bed bugs!!! I will not be back.
They got a good group of people there , they get you in and out....
Walked in with no appointment. Arrived at 9:55. Asked if someone could look at my battery. They said it was bad and needed replaced. I asked if we could do it now and if it could be done before having to be at an appointment at 10:40. They immediately took it back and had it done in 24 minutes!! The staff was so nice and so helpful! Also have a 3 year warranty! Will definitely keep using Quick Lane in Emporia. Have NEVER had a bad experience! Thank you!
Just great people all around! They haven't steered us wrong, and we've been going here for a decade now. Highly recommend!
