My car started not running right and a bunch of warning lights came on. Greg said to bring it over and he'd test the battery. There was a bunch of battery acid on the battery and connections. They had the correct battery and terminal. I'm so thankful for their fast, kind service! I'll recommend them to anyone who needs a great shop!

Took my car in because the A/C was only working at idle but it would stop working in the interstate. They recharged my A/C but the problem continued. I pulled over at a gas station after seeing the temp gauge in the red. I saw that my coolant reservoir was empty. I added 1.5 gallons of coolant and the A/C started working perfect again and coolant temp was back in the middle range. Encore did mention that i had a coolant and oil leak, but at no point they informed me that my coolant was 1.5 gallons low. I'm sure encore is honest, I had great recommendations but still I think they should have seen I had almost no coolant left and that was the reason the A/C wouldn't work when coolant temperature increased.

I am extremely picky & cautious on who I use for my automotive work, whether its a repair or maintenance. I was lucky enough to find this awesome shop when I moved to Nampa 10 years ago They are very honest good people who do awesome competent work And I trust them they have never let me down, and they have worked on several of my vehicles. Henry, Greg and the rest of there staff are always helpful, kind and professional. I have referred these guys to all the people in my circle I love Encore auto. I wouldnt take my jeep, vehicles anywhere else.

These guys are the best! I took my 2008 Jeep Wrangler in because I could smell fuel in the cab. Even though at first they couldn’t detect any kind of fuel smell, they asked me more questions about what I was experiencing and then kept testing until they figured out what was wrong. They never once made me feel like I was some dumb female that didn’t know what she was talking about - unlike other auto places I’ve dealt with. Turns out that it was something that was happening only on startup.They fixed it, along with some other pretty serious issues they found, and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg - or any extra for the extra testing they had to do. This place is top notch for sure. I got an engine replaced and I never met with anyone until I went to pickup my truck. Dropped off keys and paid over the phone. My engine is still running awesome as ever. Definitely recommend these guys.
