I gave them information to start the paperwork so when I got there, all I had to do was test drive and then sit down and finalize the paperwork. Josh was great to work with. I found a car I liked online and submitted an inquiry through the website. Alex reached out right away, talked through what I was looking for, and helped me realize that the original car wasn’t the best fit. He knew the inventory well and quickly guided me to a better option. We handled almost everything remotely, and when I came in to sign the paperwork, the process was smooth and efficient. I was in and out quickly. I’ve only had the car a couple of days, but I’m already loving it and feel confident we made the right decision with the Model 3. Todd was a great salesman!! Not pushy, answered all our question. Quick, reliable awesome. Clean nice facility with snacks and drinks. Filled up the gas tank and free detail. Todd responded my inquiry as soon as possible and he followed thru his words to charge the car for us almost fully charged. He was chill and easy going no pushy. He helped to finished setting the app at the end. The car is clean and has car fax ready inside the car.
