I was very pleased with my experience here. I’ve owned cars for many years and it’s always hard to find a good tire shop with amazing hospitality. Energy tires is that PLACE! Never experienced anything like it. I will be using them for my tires from now on!

Just left there after getting a new set for my husband’s truck. The tech was very helpful and kind. We were recommended by a friend who’s purchased two sets of tires from this business and I just want to get on here and commend them for their customer service. Easy purchase. I will add that while I was getting ready to write my review I saw several bad reviews back to back on here all within an hour or two of each other. Especially within the last 24 hours. As a consumer, I would caution to beware of these types of reviews. It seems like someone got mad they didn’t get their refund after using the tires and trying to return even though it’s clearly stated all over the shop there is a no return policy. I hate to see businesses get slandered when they aren’t completely opposite of what these

Got my tires and my wife’s from Energy Tires and it was great. Worker was quick and efficient. Tires were as advertised. Got a great price and discount for buying them, balancing and installing with them. No complaints. Will definitely come back for future needs.

I was lied to about the tire condition. Was told they had 20k mileage when they are too low to even be mounted onto my wheels. They wouldn’t refund me even though I bought the tires less than a week ago. Like other reviews say the boss wouldn’t talk to me and the manager had to handle everything. The manager was very nice but the boss lied to me and when I was trying to text him about the problem he blocked me. I lost money because of this business and would not recommend going here.

This place lied about the mileage on the used tires and the boss blocked me because he didn’t want to make things right. Business wouldn’t refund me even though I brought the tires in the same condition. Owner is terrible, and this place sucks. Don’t waste your money here and go somewhere more reliable.
