Im going to start by saying that in the end my mower WAS fixed. The reason I gave it a low review is for what happened. The person I dealt with was Charlie W. he seems knowledgeable but looks like he's got a lot going on. My zero turn just stopped working even though it had a pretty new battery. Charlie called me and stated the conversation with "Im already $60 in I removed a panel and check for loose connectors and everything seemed ok" he then said that it looked my battery was the problem because he tested and it was not holding a charge. he then told me that they had several batteries there for sale but they did not offer a warranty for them so it be best I come get it and have it tested somewhere else.
