Wash stopped working mid soap cycle. Nobody working or available on the phone. Currently driving around EHT with soap frozen on my truck like an idiot

I had a very disappointing experience. I paid $70 to have my car detailed. The guy was very nice so that I appreciate. But when I got my car back, wow was this job incredibly half-ass. There was mud and sand still left all over the place in my car. And my Honda Element is an easier car to clean than most, with plastic flooring instead of carpet! Just look at the photos which show all the leftover grime and filth inside and out. These photos were taken immediately after getting my car home. I feel disappointed, and ripped off. Please take your business somewhere else.

Usually this place is great but today unfortunately that was not the case. Tried to get a car wash, got yelled at and called an idiot.

Took my money and didn’t start the car wash. Nobody was in the office during office hours to make things right

Useless and a ripoff! The owner needs to service this place, pre soak barely comes out, takes too long for soap to come out, and $5 for $3 minutes?! My car looks like garbage, Steelmanville a much better place, or get it professionally detailed, which I usually do come spring
