Enterprise Elkgrove is exceptional. They really have excellent staff and clean and tidy offices/area. Car sales agents and staff assists customers like they are problem solvers, not pushers. Mr. BILLY LAU is highly effective in his role. He built trust really easy. I was declined in some car dealers because of a very thin credit history but Enterprise found a way to help me. Kudos!

I HIGHLY recommend going through enterprise as your next place to purchase a vehicle! I went to a few other auto sale places (big name brands too) before coming here, and it was truly a nightmare. hidden fees, trying to take advantage of me, and one place even tried to add on thousands of dollars of aftermarket products that i didn’t even want!! When I called Enterprise, I was pleasantly surprised and my anxiety was at ease. I even got my finance numbers over the phone before driving all the way to the lot! Once i got there, the process was very quick and straight to the point. And, purchasing from enterprise ensures your vehicle will be in tip top shape, super clean, and very well taken care of.
