Enterprise Car Sales

This is my second time buying from Enterprise in the last probably 6 years. I bought my first ever car from Enterprise and paid it off and decided to keep it and I knew that Enterprise was the only place I would go to purchase my next vehicle. My salesman, Patrick, was amazing. He was extremely transparent and knowledgeable about every part of the sales process, even though I was a little indecisive at first. During the test drive of two different vehicles, it just felt like I had a friend in the back seat (my partner was with me and sat up front). I left the lot feeling great about my decision and would recommend Enterprise in Roanoke to anyone I know!

Dillon, Craig, and Dalton were the exact definition of being fantastic car salesmen. With every obstacle encountered during our purchase, all three were patient, understanding, and more than willing to work with us. We never felt an ounce of pressure, or doubt when making our choice to get our new Chevy Malibu, and that’s how it should always be. If I could rate more than five stars, I would. Highly recommend Enterprise Car Sales. The staff are very friendly and take all the stress out of buying a car. They listen to what you need and help find the right car. The best perk is that they even eliminate the need to go to the DMV. They provide permanent plates and help with adding the car to your insurance. Best car purchase experience I’ve ever had. Took less than 2 hours.

I went here looking for a good used car while my other car that got wrecked and totaled was still in the process. I didn't think I'd be able to buy anything yet. I was wrong. John the manager or something had called me as I had been talking to a lady at the rental on Williamson Rd. about my situation. I went at 230 pm and had my favorite car I ever had financed and finished by 630. All the people were so nice especially my guy Martin who helped me tremendously and made my experience great. It was so easy and I returned my rental there. I had my previous car for only 10 months before it got totaled. I had taken out what they call gap insurance on my car. Came here in a whim. Yes, I needed a car but not urgently. Good luck connected me with Emilia Kinsley who took time to get to know what I wanted & would pay, then found Exactly What I Needed in the “Coming Soon” list. 10 days later, I drove away with a really nice vehicle. Very happy at every step of the process. The other guys(Rodney, John, Devonte, Martin…) in the office were equally friendly and helpful too. Go here.
