Scotty is a true gem. The whole team at Enterprise was a breath of fresh air in a really annoying situation. Everyone we interacted with from start to finish was kind, pleasant, helpful, patient, happy and more. Nicco was involved and helped, he is a super great guy, and was helpful and funny and informative. Quasar helped us finish up everything we had going and made sure we were all set, and was such a great asset to the whole process. Even Matt jumped in and helped with the rental return.
