This was one of the best experiences I had with purchasing a car in my 30 years of driving. This purchase was for my daughter’s first car and we were more than satisfied. The customer service was 10 out of 10. Stanley at the Woodbridge, Virginia location was an awesome sales person👌🏾👌🏾. He listened to our needs, concerns and budget limitations There was no pressure to purchase something but ensured that we had options available based on our needs. The car we ended up purchasing was barely used affordable. The fees were lower than most of the dealerships that we had visited. Smooth process from beginning on 1st day looking at the type of car I wanted ( a Pacifica with relatively low mileage) to actually purchasing the car with Michael Vendetti as our sales agent. He is very knowledgeable, about not only the vehicle, but also the accompanying paper work ( financing, warranties , etc) . Courteous, nice personality, not standoffish, or pushy (which is a turnoff for me when it comes to salesmen). Clearly he displays potential for greater responsibilities.
