Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The staff was nice, but their office had trash all over the floor. Who really cares about the office, though? The car they rented me was absolutely filthy. They said the hotel doesn't let them use the water in the winter or something. So, take them down the street to a car wash or something. Embarrassing to drive around in such a dirty car and I'm not going to spend money to wash a rental car.

Emily at the Herndon VA location provided exceptional service and assistance and is a delight to work with. Derek, her supervisor, is also attentive to, and cares about, the client experience. I can recommend them without reservation.

I was supposed to pick up a premium car, the guy at the counter gives me a 50 K driven Nissan rogue that is not properly washed . He tells me to go any other enterprise which I do and they don’t offer me a replacement . Had he not done that I would have cancelled my reservation at this place and booked a new car at a different location . Hate such people who lie and mislead. Also why let me book a car that you don’t have . Currently typing this review driving a shitty smelling car Update - As Lisa mentioned below , I contacted enterprise . They said a sorry for my hardship, what use if that for. Also the Herndon location has not yet sent me a receipt , its been 2 days since I dropped of the car. I highly recommend people to go to the airport which is 10 mins away from here for a rental .

Very professional guys working at this location. Came in to town on a work trip as I’m moving to the area and was in and out. No issues with the car. It was in great condition - like new. No complaints.

First time I rented here they didn’t have any cars and I had to drive to 2 different locations with the guy working. This time I get in the car and I have ridden in cleaner Ubers than this. Interior was so stained and dirty I didn’t want to put my purse down. The car should not even be in rental rotation. I was given a different car but someone needs to be paying attention.
