Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise at this location could have provided better service from point of pick up to receiving the vehicle. Provide a clean car, a car with gas, good brakes and a car with windshield wiper fluid. It’s winter and the windshield gets dirty. As I was driving on I95 over a bridge, I proceeded to use the wipers, very little fluid came out and completely smeared the windshield completely blocking my visibility. I had to come to a complete stop in the middle of the highway which could have caused a major accident. The person who picked me up came with his pants half way down his buttocks and in a very filthy car, I couldn’t even sit in the front seat. Back seats were also not clean but had to do for the ride to enterprise. It was disgusting. I had my mother and granddaughter with me. So embar

The car was dirty. I remember when the cars were kept clean. This car had not been washed. The windows were dirty. The interior was missing a floor mat. That exposed a very large hole in the interior carpet. I rented this car for business. It didnt represent me well. As it was unsightly.

Very disappointing experience Enterprise accepted my reservation for an 8-passenger vehicle, then later called and said the car was not available. This is extremely strange, because I had already paid for insurance through Priceline and made my travel plans based on this reservation. What makes the situation even worse: I later called another Enterprise location and was told that the exact same vehicle WAS available. However, the agent at Enterprise NJ Elizabeth insisted that there was no car and did not even try to help, offer alternatives, or look for a solution.The agent was rude and unprofessional during the conversation.The same vehicle was available at Enterprise on Hylan Boulevard, but no effort was made to transfer or assist. I rented out the car from Enterprise almost a week. They were provided great service with care. If you want you can extend your rental dates by calling them. They have magnificent costumer services providing. Personally two staffs Carlos and Allen are fantastic and kind. I would love to recommend this place and reasonable price range.

My experience with this car rental center was good. They did the best to fulfill my car requirements. The customer service overall was good and they assisted me with the right car and with a smooth process, Thanks to Alexis and Zamir.
