Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rent from this location just about every week. The whole team is excellent. I am treated with wonderful customer every time and the cars are always satisfying. I had a doordash discount with Hertz but bc of the customer service I'm staying with Enterprise. Thanks guys.... Tatiana

Today was the third time that I've booked a rental weeks in advance and them not have what I booked. They wait the day of your pickup to tell you that they don't have anything. I booked almost a month in advance and get a call 30 minutes before im supposed to pick up and tell me that they didn't have anything. The girl that I spoke with acted like she could care less. Even letting me know they day before, would have gave me a little time to figure something out, but they waited till they opened the next morning and now me and my family are having to scramble and figure something out for our vacation. There's no excuse for this happening several times with a booking weeks in advance.

Gave me a smelly nasty car. Had to go to the back and try to clean it better myself since no one came out to re clean it. I tried explaining my situation and the guy was not understand or reasonable at all. I drove to a different enterprise and they were soooooo much kinder and understand. Plus, made sure I didn’t have a smelly car.

Acworth and Tallahassee (Monroe St) personnel were fabulous and professional. T in Tally said come see him! I’ve never had any major issues with Enterprise. (Some cars are odd to drive, and may not have been as clean as I would like-OCD; not exactly Enterprise’s fault). Overall great experiences!
