They have amazing customer service!!! This is the only location I will go! My company vehicle hasn’t had the greatest luck, so I’ve had to get a rental many times and these guys are wonderful. Always so kind and all of the vehicles are clean! Definitely my go to guys!!!

Rented a vehicle from enterprise website from the Adrian MI Enterprise location. Days later, the morning of my business trip, the Adrian MI office calls me to say “we don’t have any cars for sale”. If you have an important business meeting, DO NOT RELY ON THE ADRIAN MI LOCATION.

The local service team, Sam and Noah, were great to work with and quick to help me. The first car had a minor mechanical problem, and they quickly got me into another car. Stuff happens, but their responsive, can do attitude made the difference.
