Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We had a great experience in renting our car from the Albemarle location. We couldn't have asked for a smoother transition to getting a car after our accident. And everyone working there are very knowledgeable and have fantastic customer service.

The associate DJ was very professional. He answered all my questions. He did a walk through with me on the car before I left the premises. I was upgraded to another vehicle. I will always come back here to rent a car. If you need to rent car from enterprise ask for DJ. The way he greets you makes you feel welcome when you walk in door. Always smiling.

The staff was so easy to work with, very knowledgeable and very patient. They had a good variety of vehicles, I was able to find one that was a perfect fit for my needs. I will definitely go back to this office if I need another rental!

Love the team at the Albemarle location! I’ve rented multiple times in the past 2 years and have never been disappointed! I’ve dealt with various employees, most recently Daisy and DJ. They always work with me to ensure I’m pleased with the vehicle selection and if they don’t have what I requested online they have always been able to find me something comparable or upgrade me without incurring additional fees to ensure I’m pleased with their services. From "pick up" to "drop off" my rental was perfect!! I even had a flat during my rental time that they handled quickly and efficiently. The staff could not have been more kind. I encourage all family and friends to use Enterprise.
