Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The staff is wonderful and very helpful. However, it does seem like they may be a bit short-staffed each time I pick up a vehicle, there’s only one person handling check-in, check-out, and the walk-around. That’s a lot for one person, and they’re doing their best. I hope they’re getting the support and compensation they deserve.

I really like renting a car here because the team works very well and the the manager is also very enthusiastic. I changed cars twice but he was still enthusiastic and took care of me until the day I rented a car that was to my liking. I am very satisfied. I will introduce it to my family and my friends will know more about this place. Thank you, manager Andrew, very enthusiastic and cheerful. I am very satisfied.

Great experience renting from Enterprise! The staff was super friendly and the car was clean and in great condition . The pickup and drop-off process was smooth, and the pricing was transparent with no hidden fees. Highly recommend!

Take photos of the car before pickup! I reported damage before accepting the car, and at the conclusion of the rental. Drew told they were aware of the damage, and won't attribute it to me. I just received a repair bill for almost $800...for the damage I reported before accepting the car. This has not been resolved, and I hope Enterprise accepts my photos as evidence the damage already existed. I didn't complain the car was filthy inside. I didn't complain the car smelled like cigarettes and bad shampoo. This is the thanks I get for doing business with this location. If you choose to rent here, take lots of photos and save all documentation.

I frequent this location. I always have a great experience. Andrew and the team go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. They’re super friendly, informative, efficient and accommodating. Everything always goes so smoothly. Nice selection of brand new to fairly new daily driver vehicles. I highly recommend.
