Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was already stressed, trying to rent a car from Enterprise out of pocket—never a fun situation. But what really threw me was Brianna, in the middle of it all, casually bringing up how she’s had so many stolen cars and then trying to reassure me she could still get in touch with me. I was shocked. Completely blindsided. Like… why would you mention that right now? I’m literally in the middle of trying to secure a rental, on my own dime, and this is the moment you choose to drop a story about stolen vehicles? It was the least comforting reassurance I’ve ever received. Definitely not something I expected or needed to hear while trying to navigate car rental logistics. 10/10 for plot twist. 0/10 for timing.

This review comes from the second and final time I will deal with the Annandale location for Enterprise. Keeping the focus to my most current experience, I will start that I reserved a mid-size SUV vehicle through the on-line portal. The rental was to be paid for by my insurance company. As I arrived on July 14th to pick up my rental, I thought the office was empty until a young woman replied from the furthest desk in the rear of the office to help me. As she looked on her computer to confirm my rental, she lets me know they don't have a mid-size SUV, only a smaller vehicle. I told her I wanted what I had reserved. She told me unfortunately they do not have that size available and she called all the other local area offices to find one but to no avail. I told her I find it odd considering
