Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I reserved it on the 10th of February for the 17th at 12pm. I get a call at 1030 the day of pick up saying they do not have a rental available and would have one around 4pm. Fast forward and still nothing that day. I called back the 18th and asked what the status was cause this was insane and ridiculous. They had a tiny economy car that was turned in. I reserved a mid size but got a tiny toy car. Nothing was even done for the hassle. No discount for being a day late on a reserved car or for having to rent a car that wasnt even the one I reserved. Horrible experience. Worst experience ever. I would never use this place for a rental again

My attorney recommended I work with Athens Enterprise rental to get a vehicle while they worked to settle my auto property loss case. Every staff member was wonderful! They worked with my attorney directly, so I could get a car immediately. I was pretty desperate, being suddenly left without wheels! They fixed me right up! No hassles and no long waits on hold. Ethan was helpful in helping me secure the vehicle because of some complications in the process in the beginning. However he told me to contact him the following business day i.e. Monday via email or call, not to mention he didn't inform me that he would be out for a whole week. I followed up with him email and didn't get a response. I called to speak with him in specific, I was told by Melanie that Ethan Monsivais is out on vacation for the rest of the week. Im highly disappointed with Enterprise, and the employee Ethan Monsivais at this location in specific. The rental that was given to me smelled like mildew!! I rent from Enterprise several times a month. Ethan and Raini are amazing. Always there to answer my questions, they have amazing cars and the customer service is always on point. They make my rental experience pleasurable and I always look forward to going there.
