Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I went to Enterprise to get a car after an accident. The service was fast, which I really appreciated, but the car they gave me was very dirty — especially the seats. I expected it to be a lot cleaner when picking it up.

Darien and Jasmin, we're very help full Even when I made the online reservation, I screwd up ,but they both were really helpful and patient, they redid everything since my bank always put a block on any transaction and sends me a text to approve and only then they authorize the transaction. Jasmin had to do the whole thing over again in order to use the same credit card again. I liked the car they gave me.will be back for sure,thanks again, Jasmin and Darien you made my experience great. P.S Yes they are sometimes busy ,but aren't we all so please people have some patience and they will get to you and get you going out of there fast . I will be definitely back there to rent again if I need a car.

This was by FAR the WORST customer service experience i have ever had in my LIFE. The lack of professionalism + flat out humanity shown from this location is absolutely insane. Darrien + Shekia do NOT need to be employed by this company for a multitude of reasons. Not only was I given wrong information over the phone, but these people put me and my toddler in an unreliable/unsafe car after i had just been in a traumatic accident. A few days into driving my car it breaks down in the middle of the road + i’m told by AAA that this car has a bad alternator + battery. I was instructed by enterprise to leave the vehicle where I was and that they would have it towed that day. I had to spend $50 on a uber home with my toddler on top of me just filling the vehicle up with $50 worth of gas. They to

I use the Enterprise location often. I am always pleased with the service they give to me. The are professional and very accommodating. They are an excellent representation for the company.
