Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Had an exceptional experience renting a vehicle from Enterprise Atlantic City Airport. The gentleman had our vehicle ready to go when we arrived. No issues at all during our trip. We even added an extra day, which took no time at all. Will definitely use this location again. The price was very reasonable as well.

Another 5 star experience at this location thanks to Gabriel who works the Enterprise counter. Everything went seamlessly from the moment we walked off plane and crossed the street to this rental car desk. We had reserved our car ahead of time with CAA. He went through the paperwork efficiently, and showed us the vehicle. Car was clean. Returning after hours was a concern but Gabriel reassured us, and walked us through the process. We took video/photos for peace of mind after we dropped off the car, left keys in the appointed drop box and all was well. Very impressed. Will rent again from this location, especially thanks to Gabriel’s outstanding customer service!

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Even though I did not schedule an appointment or reserve a car ahead of time, he got me a car within some minutes of getting to their office location. The car which was a sedan moved smoothly and I did not have any problems. Also, renting a car proved to be cheaper than using Uber especially if you have multiple trips to make. Thank you Enterprise for helping me achieve a memorable weekend!

BEWARE!!!!! Rent at you Your own risk!!!! We are currently in the works of Suing this location and I’m going for attempted murder/ manslaughter. This company gave us a vehicle that only had 1 lugnut on a rear tire and we didn’t find out until we were going 75 on the Garden State Parkway. A near death experience and nearly our entire New Jersey/New York trip we had been saving for was absolutely ruined! We were stuck at a Firestone where the technician told us what was wrong with the tire. Then we were told by an enterprise employee at another location to to get a ride to come to them and they’d get us into another rental.
