Jason and Josh at the Light Street location were very helpful and displayed excellent customer service skills. Jason, the manager, even went above and beyond in allowing me to switch out my rental the next day to accommodate my need to have a vehicle with more space. The Toyota Corolla was an excellent choice and I was comfortable until my personal car was repaired. This was my first time at this location and I was satisfied with their service and patience with me. I would definitely recommend Enterprise at any time, in particular, this location.

I've tried to do the cheaper rental services and I have had really poor experiences with them. Every time I use Enterprise they have the best service and the best maintained cars. I'll always pay the small amount more, sometimes it's not even more, for the peace of mind that I'm going to get quality people and a car that I can trust.

September 23rd 2025 was the day that I went in to rent a vehicle for 2 days I wanted to change it around from the Towson Enterprise to the one in the inner harbor the reason why I chose the inner harbor is cuz I live in Baltimore City and rather not be paying rideshare expenses all the way from the city to the county. The reason why I giving this Enterprise rental company from the inner harbor a negative star 0 is the gentleman that worked on Tuesday of the 23rd 2025 explain to me that he didn't mind if the car it was a half full of a tank which I was hesitating because when I looked it up online enterprise requires customers to fill up the gas to avoid Enterprise charging you for them to fill up gas for you .
